Saint Louis Construction Cooperative is led by a diverse six-member leadership team representing labor and management in the St. Louis construction industry. John Stiffler and Tom Heeger serve as Co-Chairs for the organization. Our membership includes representatives from 12 contractor associations and more than 15 different AFL-CIO building trades.
