TRAINING PROGRAM
The apprenticeship consists of on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Apprentices will work under the supervision of journeymen-wiremen and learn from our journey-level instructors. As our apprentices progress, they are closely monitored to ensure they receive a diversity of work experience. Employers and mentors regularly evaluate the performance of the apprentices they supervise.
